Children's Liturgy of the Word Catechist
Children between the ages of 4 and 9 are dismissed to the chapel during the Liturgy of the Word at each Mass. There they receive a lesson on the Gospel of the day in a format suited to their age group from a trained Catechist.
Catechists and substitutes are always in need for this ministry. To offer your skills in leading our children in the Word of the Lord, please contact Sr. Mildred in the parish office. She will provide you with the training and formation necessary to become a facilitator for Liturgy of the Word for Children.
