The believing community gathers and learns together. For everyone, children through adult! Preparation for the Sacraments of Baptism, Penance, First Communion and Confirmation are included in all the AACT gatherings.

The major focus and overall theme for this year is "Building the Kingdom". All AACT Sessions begin at 12:15pm with a light meal. The dates for AACT for the 2011 - 2012 year are as follows:

"Discilpleship and Mission" - In addition to the usual formation for adults and children, we will kick-off our Parish Mission featuring internationally known speaker and author Edwina Gateley.

"Our Lady, Star of the Sea" - Mary is our guide on the journey to eternal life. We will look at
theMarion feasts, the rosary, and Mary's role in scripture and salvation. Breakout sessions for the sacraments of First Penance and Confirmation are included today.
The St. Luke Altar Rosary Society will provide the meal for the day.

"The Holy Name of Jesus" - What do the variety of names for Jesus mean to us in our lives? We
will look at the different names for Jesus in scripture, the symbol IHS and Christology. Breakout sessions for the sacraments of First Penance and Confirmation are included today.

"Jesse Tree - The Roots of Our Faith" - We trace the ancestry of Jesus. Breakout sessions for the Confirmation candidates is included today. Join us as we trace Jesus's family tree and make our own Jesse Tree ornaments!
